We take coffee sourcing very seriously at Hustle Coffee because it is at the heart of what we do.

All the coffee that we source is certified organic, Fair Trade and meets stringent quality standards to ensure consistency from cup-to-cup. To confirm that the coffee we are purchasing meets our sensory and quality standards it is evaluated several times along its journey from farm-to-cup to ensure a consistent experience for you with every brew!

We currently source beans from specific origins to deliver complex, bold and smooth brews. Our current sourcing strategy includes sourcing high quality coffee from Vietnam and South America.

Hustle Coffee bagged coffee has a shelf life of 12 months if stored unopened in a low-humidity, room-temperature environment.

Once the bag is opened, it is recommended to store it in an airtight container. For the best flavor, it is best to consume it within 2 weeks.

Did you know that coffee can absorb aromas from its environment, potentially altering its taste when brewed? To avoid this, store your opened coffee bag away from foods with strong flavors and aromas.

We recommend using 2.5 tablespoons of ground coffee for every 6 ounces of water to really achieve that flavorful, bold and smooth cup you are looking for. This ratio will give you the best representation of our blends when brewing!

Of course, you should always adjust according to your preference.

Each shipping rate is cost-intuitive and will depend on the exact items you choose and the location to which they are being delivered. All international shipments are expected to arrive in 2-4 weeks.

Our distribution centers operate Monday through Friday, between 6 a.m. and 12 p.m. EST.

Hustle Coffee proudly roasts beans every day. We strive to ship orders within 1 business day of being placed, but this can change depending on operational needs and daily volume.

Once we receive your order, we typically start the fulfillment process immediately. Because of this, any changes must be received within an hour of receiving this order confirmation email.

As soon as your order is placed, we'll send you an email letting you know we've received your information and will begin assembling your shipment. The first email you receive will have these details within it, keeping you in the loop all the way through.

The second email you receive will indicate that your order is now in transit. The details will be similar to the first set but will include a tracking link that will update gradually as it reaches you.

As of May 20th, 2024, we will increase our standard shipping price from $8 to $10 for orders under the $60 shipping threshold.

We understand this is a bit of a bummer, but with shipping costs continuing to rise across the board, we felt this was a needed step and apologize for any inconvenience it may cause.

We strive to provide our customers with the best coffee and merchandise possible without increasing the cost.

We will continue to offer free shipping for orders over $60.

RETURNS, REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES

Sh*t happens – we get it!

If you’re not completely satisfied with your Hustle Coffee order, we will gladly issue you a refund as part of our *No BS guarantee. Let us know within 30 days of purchasing from our website for a full refund.

For any merchandise or apparel returns, send an email to hello@gohustlecoffee.com with your order details and a short description of why you'd like to return the item.

Once the return arrives at our fulfillment center, we'll submit your refund in full and send you a notification confirming your refund.

*Coffee is considered a grocery item and is not able to be returned. Our money-back guarantee does not apply to orders exceeding $40 or orders placed outside of www.gohustlecoffee.com.

International orders outside of the US are not eligible for return but if something is wrong with your order, please contact our customer support team at hello@gohustlecoffee.com and we will be happy to help with a resolution!

SUBSCRIPTIONS AND ACCOUNTS

How to switch your products

Looking to switch things up and try a new blend? No problem! From your Account page, select the Subscriptions tab in the left-hand column. Locate the item you want to swap and click the “swap product” button underneath. Choose the product you wish to swap to from the list provided. Once you have selected the item you would like to switch to, scroll all the way down to the bottom of the list and click the red “Confirm” button. From here, you can review your upcoming subscription orders to confirm the change was made successfully.

How to update Shipping

To change the shipping address for your subscription, follow these steps: From your subscription page, click the “Change Shipping” button under your shipping address in the right-hand column. A window will then pop up for you to enter your new shipping address. Be sure to check the “Use for all shipments” checkbox if you are subscribed to multiple items. You will then click “Add New Address,” and you should be all set!

How to update Billing

From your subscriptions page, you’ll scroll all the way down to the bottom of the page and click the red “Update” button. From here you will receive an email with a link to update your payment info. NOTE: If you are using Google Pay, or PayPal for your payment method, you’ll need to update your information through your respective apps for these services. 

If you are trying to log in but getting an error that states that no account was created with your email address, fear not! We’re here to help. This error is most likely popping up due to your account not being confirmed when you made your first order with us.

All you need to do is shoot us an email at hello@gohustlecoffee.com with the subject “No Account Help,” and we’ll send you a password creation email as soon as possible!
